Has over three decades of experience in curriculum development and design, training of school heads and teachers, organizational and whole school development. Brings rich experience of dealing with different kinds of organizations, schools and school heads; has led training labs nationally and internationally for teachers and school heads. Deeply committed to bringing about change in schools and teachers.
Agnes Joseph
Co-Founder, Director
Focus- Research, Curriculum Design and Development, Teachers’ Professional Development
Core Competence- pedagogy, subject matter expert, education technology, curriculum design, teacher’s professional development, training labs
Has two decades of teaching, training and curriculum development. An incisive learning lab leader, she has deep interest in human change processes.
Rajni Jauhari
Senior Propeller
Brings many decades of rich experience of being an educator, school leader, trainer and curriculum developer. Rajni is deeply interested in multiple intelligences theory and uses if to foster rich classroom experiences and learning.
Pradeep T
Senior Propeller
Focus- integration of technology in teaching and learning.
Pradeep has wide industrial experience on product management and running of companies. Currently working with the team on building an interactive E-teaching and E-Learning platform.
